Operations / Office Assistant (Full-Time)

At least 1-2 years of industry experience in video / film production.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Strong interpersonal skills.

Agile mindset.

Excellent spelling and grammatical skills.

College degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Outgoing personality with good customer service skills.

Support in delivery of documentation to clients in support of upcoming projects. (confirmations & releases)

Support in monitoring several email accounts, managing inboxes and calendars.

Taking of meeting minutes in various meetings.

Basic scheduling of video projects.

Secondary point of contact for crewing; in maintaining call sheets for resources, and tracking/approving invoices.

Secondary support in driving monthly reconciliation of financials for ancillary services rendered.

Pay range negotiable based on experience.




Building/Facility "Maintenance Engineer"

(Full-Time or Part-Time, Hourly or Salary)

Job description in general would be to assist with general building maintenance, including painting, production equipment / warehouse organization, light truck driving for pickup/delivery, and setup preparation for client/event usage.

CDL, A or B Class
